Wow. We ran out of cereal this morning and so I actually had to make breakfast. (First world problem I know). I had some old bananas and wanted something easy. This was SO easy and probably the best muffin I’ve ever made. I used a whole tsp of cinnamon though, spices don’t scare us and I thought it was perfect. We also made the regular muffin sized ones and 23 minutes was perfect. If I had waited until 30, they would have been tough. Thanks for a great recipe! This was pregnant lady, and preschooler approved.

I love this recipe! They baked up beautifully, 13 min for me! I can’t way til the kids get home from school, they’re gonna love ‘em!
