Definitely sweet and moist and yes my kids like them, but these are not for a nutritious breakfast because they are loaded with fat and sugar.

I reduced the sugar a little bit to 1 c, and I had buttermilk on hand and used that successfully in place of sour cream. I made 12 muffins and they were really full and took about 25 minutes to bake – but I like the size of them and the fact that I only had to wash one muffin tin, so will probably do that again. :o) Thanks for a delicious recipe!!!

We (my kids and I) loved them! Mine took a lot longer to bake than 15 minutes though. It was probably more like 20-25. I use a stone muffin pan though, so that probably had something to do with it.
