		<description><![CDATA[Very tasty,though not as &quot;mapley&quot; as I was hoping for. The next time I may add a bit of maple flavoring. They were actually a nicer texture the 2nd day after bring stored in Tupper. I wanted mor than 8 scones, so made 2 circles out of the same amount of dough and they were still large enough.  I may make them into 3 circles (24 scones) when I make them again --- smaller circles, smaller scones. Such a nice way to use fresh maple syrup!]]></description>
