		<description><![CDATA[I really like this.  I&#039;m eating it as we speak.  The flavor is excellent!  More like actual gingerbread than some other recipes I&#039;ve tried.  My texture was a little odd, but that&#039;s because all I had was bread flour and splenda :)  It&#039;s still so good, though!  Thanks for the great recipe.]]></description>
