I had some of Ree’s cinnamon and sugar butter, so I melted some of that and used it to dip the marshmallows in instead of the sugar mixture called for in the recipe. Yum! This one will definitely go in the recipe box for sure!

I want to live there. I’ve never been a big marshmallow person, except when a raging campfire and smores were involved. But since I made those rocky road cake mix cookies, I’m kinda thinkin I might need to start eating more of them. I guess I’m (gasp!) maturing into my marshmallowness, because these sound fabulous.
