I was very glad I tried this recipe. I haven't made a lot of yeast breads, so I was a little nervous. I decided to cut the recipe in half and glad I did. It made one perfect 9 x 5 loaf. I didn't really have a warm place for my dough to rise (cold spell in Virginia), so I set it with a covered towel, in the sun. It was very gooey when I was kneading it, but I guess I did ok, because it turned out wonderful. It looked a lot like the posted picture. Great toasted with butter and also with a sliced tomato on it. Thanks for posting.
