I also put a cup of brown sugar and one cup of regular sugar….added vanilla bean paste. The kids loved the mini muffins. Thank you.

Super moist and super zesty, although I put in a bit more lemon zest than called for. I kept one loaf for us and gave one to a friend and that definitely was not enough bread for either household!
