So good, so easy, and they stayed soft and delicious for days! I don’t have a bread maker so I just kneaded the dough by hand and it still turned out great. No more store bought rolls for this household!

These are delicious! They have a nice yeasty flavor yet the benefit of wheat. My family loved them and begged for more. We made them as croissants and they get REALLY big when they rise. But, I’m not complaining… more to eat!

You can make this in your mixer, let rise in a ziploc bag and shape according to the recipe. I actually adapted this recipe years ago to use my new bread machine. I’ll post the original recipe soon.

Hmmm, I wish I had a bread machine but I don’t. I am trying to make myself learn to bake bread since it is one of my fav foods. Anyone suggest how I can make this minus the bread machine?
