These turned out great! I substituted raw milk that had gone sour for the buttermilk, and it was awesome!

Delicious! Moist but not too dense. I like my cornbread a little less sweet so I halved the sugar. They turned out great!

Perfect cornbread muffins! They had just the right amount of sweetness and were moist, not dry like most cornbreads. I will use this recipe again for sure.
