I made this yesterday. I followed the directions to the T. Maybe it’s because I don’t like the taste or smell of beer but I found that although it came out wonderfully the taste of beer was still there a lot and I assumed it wouldn’t be that strong. The texture is wonderful but I’m not too fond of the taste. I’ll try another beer next time I make it as I probably will be making it again.
I used Great Lakes India Pale Ale. What else did everyone else use??

What a great recipe! i added some shredded sharp cheddar cheese and it turned out amazing.

I made this (with a Miller Lite) and we loved it. At first I thought I would need 2 pans, but only needed one as per recipe.

It was sweet tasting with a good crunchy crust.

Made this last night to go with chili and needless to say it is all gone! It was delicious and very easy to make. I will definately be making this again and again! Thanks for sharing this recipe, it’s great!
