The only thing that would make it any easier is to buy it ready made. I put the herbs and parmesan in the crust. I made it on a large cookie sheet, so the crust was a little thicker than if I would’ve done it on 2. One of my daughters raved “Mom, did you make this pizza? It’s like a real live pizza.” So I had to give this crust a “5”. Thanks for such a great crust recipe, exactly what I was looking for!
