I have made these buns several times a week over the last two years and they are delicious. I have found that using quick rise yeast for bread machine to produce the best rolls. When using the regular yeast, the buns will be very dense and not good at all. Also, watch when baking…it may take longer to bake than stated.

These were delicious and very easy to make. Hubby ended up snacking on them with just butter and jam I will definately make these again!

Best bread I have ever had I make even in a loaf pan it makes the best sandwich bread sooo soft!!!!! My family loves this bread!!!

These were amazing! So airy, light, and chewy. One of my favorite bread recipes of all time! I’m definitely going to make this recipe again!

Great rolls, although another commenter called them dense and mine were very light and airy. Mine also didn’t rise very well, but I think that is because my house is freezing cold. They were so good, we cut the bottoms off and used two tops as buns. I’ll be using this recipe again.

I made these very sceptically. I’ve tried other recipes for hot dog or burger buns, and they have all disappointed me. This one, however, is a winner! I make them half whole wheat. Yummy!!

I love using my bread machine, which has made home bread baking almost a daily occurrence. These rolls are exceptionally delicious and wonderful with burgers or dogs. They don’t last long, so be prepared to bake frequently because your family will gobble them up straight out of the oven when your back is turned!
