Easy recipe which comes out great and works well as dinner rolls too. I've found that the bread flour and the canola oil make a big difference. I used all unbleached all purpose the first time with vegetable oil instead of canola. It resulted in a much denser bun with a stronger honey flavor. Still excellent, but if you're going for a light hamburger bun I suggest using the bread flour and the canola oil and I usually never use bread flour even when the recipe calls for it.

This is a great and easy recipe, which my family loved! It took very little time as well. Next time, I'm going to try a cup of whole wheat flour to make a wheat bun.

Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. We only eat kosher bread/buns and they are very expensive and sometimes hard to find. I've taken to making most of our bread needs and this will be an awesome addition to my recipes.
