MY. I ate 2 bowls of salad with dinner so I could keep eating them and everyone in the family keeps snacking on them. :) I just did the EVOO, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mmmm!!!!!

They were really yummy and a good way to use up old bread. I always eye the croutons in the salad aisle at the store in some of my weaker moments, and this homemade version is delish! Thank you!
