		<description><![CDATA[This is the 1st time I have ever made homemade croutons and OH. MY.  I ate 2 bowls of salad with dinner so I could keep eating them and everyone in the family keeps snacking on them.  :)  I just did the EVOO, salt, pepper, and parsley.  Mmmm!!!!!

		<description><![CDATA[I made these croutons with leftover hoagie rolls (admittedly, they were from making Marlboro Man&#039;s Favorite Sandwich a few weeks ago and I finally pulled the bread out of the freezer).  They were really yummy and a good way to use up old bread.  I always eye the croutons in the salad aisle at the store in some of my weaker moments, and this homemade version is delish!  Thank you!]]></description>
