Whenever I use the bread machine, I just dump all the ingredients into the machine, on the dough setting, and let it do all the work. Just be sure to check the dough with your hand after all the ingredients have been mixed well, a few minutes into the cycle, to see if you need to adjust the water or flour for the correct dough texture.

They’ve never lasted long enough to be frozen, but I would imagine they would freeze well.

( trial run for Thanksgiving)…They are delicious…I mixed the dough together by hand and then used the kitchenaid with dough hook to knead… I used a scale to weigh out dough balls amounts (2.8 oz each, no left over dough and makes a nice hearty roll )…and baked for 25 minutes…So glad I came across this recipe, thank you so much!..

Could not have been easier start to finish. The 12 rolls got huge during rising in the baking dish so next time I’ll probably make 15 rolls and bake in two dishes.
