I just got a big order of whole grain cornmeal and am a huge cornbread lover. I’m also in favor of whole wheat flour instead of white, so I’ll certainly give your recipe a try. My only problem is that I don’t have maple sugar, which I know is kind of the point here (grin), so I’ll have to fiddle a bit and report back. Thanks.
