I tried this recipe a month ago because I had some gruyere and no plan for it. I’ve made it twice since then. It was such a quick and simple recipe and the end result was wonderful. I always intend to eat a few with some soup and then save the rest for other meals but my husband and I have gobbled everything up in one sitting.
