this was delicious, however when i stirred the ingredients together it was wayy too dry so i had to dump in lots of milk at the last minute and it made tons, next time i'll decrease the flour by a lot. i also had some dried up figs i had soaked overnight in milk that i chopped and added and some unsweetened flaked coconut (i used mostly coconut flour), added some vinegar to help with the raising, and skipped adding honey. it was good enough to make again--soon!
