I absolutely loved this recipe! It was super easy to make, full of fresh strawberry flavor, and very velvety! To add a little extra lovin' to it, I combined 1/2 cup of softened butter, 1/4 cup strawberry jam, and 1 teaspoon of honey and spread it on individual slices of bread. Yum!

Loved this recipe! I did substitue the sugar with 1/2 cup splenda and 1/2 cup fructose. I also substituted whole wheat pastry flour. It turned out moist and tasty. I may bake it in smaller pans as the top and sides got over done trying to get the middle done in a 9x5 loaf pan.
