Perfectly serviceable bread, but certainly not better than store bought. Maybe I have a good store? Not worth the effort for me.

LOOOOOOVE this bread! I’ve made it at least 4 times and each time, it is devoured by my family of 6 and NONE is left for the next meal! Delish!

A great recipe! I was a little nervous when the dough didn’t rise much, but the bread wasn’t too dense and had a lovely and crisp crust. I’m never going to buy baguettes from the store again!

Loved it. Served it with a strong cheese and fig preserves. Delicious. It was beautiful on the inside.

I made this by hand because I don’t have a bread machine. I just kneaded the dough 30-40 times before the first rest. The bread came out GORGEOUS! And delicious of course.
