I have used both white, white/wheat, and whole wheat in this recipe. It always turns out great! Good luck!

Could you use whole grain flour and get the same results?

These are really good. Didn’t change a thing…cept I used a food processor on pulse, to whip up the dough in about 30 seconds. Also they were so nice and yummy I made a batch and froze them.

Going to try these this weekend. My Grandma makes flour tortillas… right off the skillet with butter, they are the best things imaginable!
