		<description><![CDATA[Thanks glad you liked it, I love making these tortillas... for the very thinnest tortillas use bread flour because it has higher gluten content, also the fat  is important to keep the dough soft enough to stretch thin, I tried it with half the oil the other day and while still good, the dough was much stiffer...which would of course have been fine for chapatis.]]></description>
