Out of all the zucchini bread recipes I have tried, I like this one the best! It is moist and delicious. I did add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and a 1/2 cup of pecans. That is what is great about this recipe, you can add what you prefer!

I just made this tonight, my mom brought me 2 zucchini’s and I wasn’t sure what to do with them. I didn’t have any nuts but I’m sure that would taste wonderful in it. I also added some nutmeg like another suggested, the house smells wonderful! I can’t wait to try them!

Super recipe! I have made 10 loaves so far-it is such a great versatile recipe-so far I have added chocolate chips to the top, folded in chocolate chips, added crushed pineapple, blended it with bananas, added applesauce, blended with cream cheese, topped with a broiled coconut top..and have made a spice loaf. Whew! That’s a lot of variety! Thank you, Charity-Nutty! :o)

My little one hates nuts in her bread, so I don’t add them in, but I would imagine they would be wonderful in this recipe. I love nuts…in almost anything.

Nice Recipe!!! Have you ever thought of putting nuts or chocolate in your bread? It’s really good!!! Also 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg adds a little more spice flavor. Love the Recipe!
