Not the traditional Banana Bread, and my mother was a little confused because here in Germany this is considered a simple cake. Super fluffy and moist and yummy, I added walnuts. Next time I will only do one loaf und use less sugar as it was very sweet. I also substituted the cream of tartar and baking soda with more baking powder (cream of tartar is not easily available here).
