		<description><![CDATA[These were delicious! I used milk instead of cream, which worked fine. I did notice that the dough was fairly wet, so instead of patting it out and cutting it into wedges, I dropped by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Worked great! I would absolutely recommend these. If you are looking for a stronger coffee flavour, you could easily add more coffee, as the coffee flavour is nice, but not overly strong.]]></description>
