We should have cooked ours a bit longer as I think we didn’t have our griddle heat high enough so they ended up a bit doughy (which I like but not exactly English muffin-like) in the middle. I made these last night; a very successful recipe. The dough was easy to work with, and excellent instructions on how to cook in the skillet. I ate one hot last night, and am eating one this morning as a breakfast sandwich. Delicious. I’ll definitely be making these often. Thank you for sharing your recipe; these are SO MUCH better than store bought. (I used corn meal instead of semolina and it worked just fine.)
