What a great recipe! We ran out of English Muffins during a snow storm, which is my husbands favorite breakfast, so I made this bread for him. He loved it! This bread has terrific flavor and texture, and is delicious plain or toasted. It’s a very easy recipe to follow and it has great directions. Thanks Rebecca for a wonderful recipe!

Loved it! The bread was super easy to make! The only thing I did wrong was that it came out very thin. Definitely will make again. I already passed the recipe on to my sister who made it as well! Thanks for sharing!

Tried this this weekend. My first time using yeast. It was very easy. Made more than 3 loafs Next time I will cut the recipe in half. We ate one small loaf without even toasting it. Better than English muffins! Will make this again for sure!

LOVE this!!! My whole family enjoys this! I always halve the recipe and make 2 loaves!! So good with homemade Jam or Apple butter. Also yummy with butter and roasted garlic smeared on it!
