I just get a small glass bowl; spray with a no-stick cooking spray. Put about one tsp. water the bowl.  

Put your egg in and pierce the yolk with a fork.  And just microwave for about 40 to 50 seconds.  Watch the eggs very closely.  About half way into cooking I will flip the egg -  just take a spoon and go around the edges and flip the egg over.   Microwave just a little longer until your liking.]]></description>
