		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m an experienced bread-maker (we only eat homemade, fresh-ground, whole-wheat bread) and I LOVED this recipe! A couple changes - I used pure maple syrup in place of the honey (out of honey at the moment!) and used raw coconut oil for the oil.
