For a quick pretzel fix these are great :) I think next time I will soak them longer in the baking soda mix and lighten my sprinkling of salt. Thanks for helping me with the pretzel cravings :)

These were really good. I will make them again for sure, and perhaps try to get a little more of the baking soda solution on each piece. I served w/ marinara or spicy mustard dipping sauces.

I thought the idea for these was great, but the salt was overwhelming for us and they didn't taste much like a pretzel. Next time I think I'll lessen the salt and they should be great. Thanks for the recipe!

I kind of forgot to halve the seasoning as I had halved the amount of dough I used, but these were great, if a bit salty :) I'll definitely make them again.

These were delicious! However, they didn't have an overwhelming pretzel flavor. I wondered if maybe I should soak the bread pieces in the baking soda solution longer than a dip? They still were very good and I will be making them around the holidays for a quick nibble. Also, I found it was easier to dip the dough in the parmesan after it was brushed with butter so it'd stick.
