I love your shark fin photo. I always love to see an Irish Soda Bread recipe that doesn’t include sugar or raisins, which are wrong, wrong, wrong (in my humble opinion). I have a similar recipe that uses some oat flour with the whole wheat, and it is an absolute killer. I’ll have to give yours a try one of these days, as it looks and sounds delicious.
