		<description><![CDATA[Very good; moist and chocolatey. My zucchini was more than a cup but since it was my first time trying the recipe I stuck to just a cup. Next time I&#039;ll throw in however much I have. I also might bake it at 325 instead of 350 because by the time the inside was cooked the edges were burnt. Could just be my crappy oven!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I made this bread last night and it was great. If recipe appears dry all you have to do is let the zucchini sit with the rest of the ingredients for a while. They emit enough moisture in a few minutes to make it easier to mix. I though this bread was great. And so did my family!]]></description>

I took brandyu&#039;s advice and cooked mine for 45 minutes - perfect!
Bread is moist and delicious.  I thought the batter was a little dry (my dry ingredients wouldn&#039;t mix in), so I added an extra egg and a couple more tablespoons of oil.  Probably my fault, I only had medium eggs on hand!  I also cut back on the chocolate chips.
I will definitely make this again, maybe next time I&#039;ll make them into muffins!  YUM!]]></description>

I would also suggest checking the bread at 45 minutes; I took mine out at 55 minutes but wished I would have pulled it a few minutes sooner.]]></description>
