I couldn’t find creamed cottage cheese, so I used a 2% cottage cheese. The dough was quite sticky, but I think it turned out just fine. Very tasty! It would pair well with salmon and make a fine crispy fish sandwich. Thanks for sharing!

I loved that it was not baked in a bread pan because it looked more like a specialty bread. I did substitute a tablespoon of Lipton onion soup mix for the onion flakes. Can’t wait to try it again when my family is together for Thanksgiving!
