Thank you! My husband’s grandma made nut rolls all growing up, and he always reminisces. I made this last week and he flipped! Thought they were amazing! YUM. (I did too!)

This bread was a little labor intensive but very good. Not as sweet as what Americans are use to, but I enjoyed it. I did have some trouble getting my dough to roll out thin. Mine was very elastic and unwilling to stay put! Any suggestions for an amateur baker?

Oh…you have no idea how happy you’ve made me! My grandma just passed away this year. She was 97, and the maker of the povatica. I’m crying. I just can’t believe that we are going to have this for the holidays. Thank you so much!
