Very moist with barely a hint of cinnamon–a pretty basic muffin flavor. The recipe should specify that 9 servings actually means 18 donuts, 2 per person. The glaze was exactly enough to cover my 14 donuts (I filled my pans all the way, thinking I was only supposed to get 9).
