I’ve made this twice and love it! It’s so quick and delicious! My oven cooks a little high so I had to reduce the baking time to 45-50 minutes. Thanks for posting the recipe!

OK – I have been dying to try this recipe, and I could not wait any longer. So, I subbed blueberries for the cranberries, and let me say this recipe is FAB-U-LOUS!! I can’t wait to make it again with cranberries and may give it as a Christmas gift this year. It is so awesome and so easy! A definite keeper!

I made this with 2 tbsp of butter and orange juice. It was pretty good but the dough taste somewhat bland to me – it was just sweet. Cranberries are definitely the best part in this bread. I’m considering this to be a good base recipe and will be experimenting with additional ingredients to make it more interesting.

I made this for our Thanksgiving bread, rather than the usual rolls. It was so good and very easy. Sweet and tart at the same time. Thanks for the good recipe. Will be used many times.

This bread makes me think of Christmas and my grandma. My Grandma Rose (who passed away a couple years ago), always made this at Christmastime, and it’s sooo good.

Made this and whole house smelled YUMMY!!!
Only change I made was after grating the orange, I squeezed all the juice into the batter. Great taste
