Wicked good! I love sweet cornbread, and this butter was amazing! I might cut down on the honey next time I make it, because it was pretty honey-tasting, but good nonetheless!

This is the absolute best cornbread I’ve ever had. Was on the lookout for good cornbread and the search definitely stopped here. Every time I make it, it’s gone quick, so I’ve started making double batches. — Unlike most cornbread, it’s just as good – if not better – the next day! Amazing.

I make this at least twice a month, always a hit with the kids and husband…love that honey butter recipe and the cornbread can’t be beat!

How am I the first person to rate this recipe? I have made many-a-corbread in my day, and none even compare to this cornbread (if it can even be called that). It is simply amazing. The honey butter acheives a consistency that is often lacking in more traditional recipes – the marshmallow fluff, albeit unconventional, adds the perfect texture to the spread.

I feel terrible for every other corn bread recipe in the world because I will never, ever, be making anything else but this.

Made this for dinner last night…best sweet cornbread I’ve had. I substituted my gluten free flour for the regular flour and it was still fabulous. It needed 10 extra minutes in the oven when made this way. For the honey butter, I only used the honey and butter; my family loved that as well. This is my new favorite. Thank you.
