		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made this cornbread before and it is excellent.  It has the perfect amount of cornbread grit while still being moist and firm enough to spread it with butter and jam or honey without it crumbling apart.  I have since reduced the amount of sugar to 1/4 cup to suit my taste and it still works perfectly.  Thanks for posting this recipe.]]></description>
