I added a bit more oil to the mix and they held up perfectly through all the steps. To get the really soft/pliable texture after cooking them, I let them steam under the damp towel for 15 minutes or so before I put them in baggies in the fridge. They’re so gorgeous – I can’t wait to make them again. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
