		<description><![CDATA[Seriously yummo!  Reminds me of the fritters my grandma used to make.  I backed off on the cayenne because my hubby&#039;s a wimp with cayenne, but I could have easily left it.  I cooked mine in about 3/4 inch of oil in an electric skillet.  Portions are right on.  I halved it and there was plenty for my husband and I with more for the Dachshunds.  Thanks for the recipe!  It&#039;s a keeper!]]></description>
