I only added the whole eggs (leaving the whites out) and the texture was still quite nice. I also left out the honey fearing they would be too sweet. They were just right for my tastebuds. The combination of kiwi and coconut is so good. Thanks for sharing the recipe…I’ll be adding this one to my muffin recipe go-to list!
