		<description><![CDATA[I have made this bread again and again.  It is incredibly simple and delicious.  The bread comes out of the oven with a crisp crust and a light and fluffy center every time.  I experimented and made this bread whole wheat by usuing 50% white whole wheat flour and 50% bread flour and still amazing.  Kudos!]]></description>
