		<description><![CDATA[I made this the other day and it was amazing!  For a variation, you could add your favorite diced fruit to the filling portion such as apples.  The finished dessert is very large and took up the entire pizza stone, and we ended up with a lot more servings than just 8 - more like 16 or more.  You could easily half the recipe to comfortably serve 8 people.  It was absolutely delicious and totally indulged my craving!]]></description>
