I made this last week using Carbquik flour, Whey Low Gold (for the brown sugar), and sugar free dark chocolate chips. As a weight loss surgery patient, I have to be as low carb and sugar free as I can, and this recipe looked like I could tweak it easily. It came out great! Very tender, so I had to be careful turning it out of the pan. It also didn't rise as high as most breads, but that's the Carbquik. Still a very nice and tasty treat for me. Thanks for posting!
