I’ve made this twice, and I’ve really enjoyed it both times. The bread is delicious plain, and I’ve tried it toasted with nutella spread and used it in French toast. It makes a big loaf for my family, so I might try splitting it and baking one to eat, one to share. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Angela, I used all-purpose but I’m guessing either would work fine for this recipe. Hope that helps!

This was de-lish! Snacking on it now, as a matter of fact. Can’t wait for the kids to get home from school to try it out. I didn’t have any cherries, so I used dried cranberries–it worked. I might also add a little more salt next time. I’m going to bring a piece to the hubby at work in a few minutes & make his day!
