		<description><![CDATA[This recipe was perfect in my opinion - did not need anything else as far as I was concerned.  I did spritz the dough with a little EVOO before resting.  It is a recipe even non-&quot;bread bakers&quot; can make without fear and with only a 20 minute rest/rise period there is instant gratification.  I served it along with a caeser salad and my family enjoyed it so much they could have cared less about my entree.  This is a meal in itself or could be a nice lunch.  Wonderful recipe!]]></description>
