		<description><![CDATA[This was easy to make and tasted great.  I liked the biscuit-y texture and the cheese is so good, especially when the bread is still warm.  

When I was pouring the batter into the loaf pan, it didn&#039;t look like much.  I actually looked back at the recipe to see it I was supposed to be using a mini loaf pan.  But it rises a lot while baking, although it&#039;s still not as tall as a regular loaf of bread.  The melted butter poured over the top looks like a lot, but it seeps down into the cracks as the bread rises and is totally necessary!  Mmmmmm.  

As the recipe says, do keep an eye on it so it doesn&#039;t get too brown on top.

I will definitely be making this again.  Maybe tomorrow night.  :o)]]></description>

I made this for the first time tonight for a Chili Cook-Off at our church, and I&#039;m actually a little disappointed that I have to take it there and share it with other people.  I sampled a slice, and then I nibbled all the crumbs as I was slicing the rest of it!  So tasty.  I didn&#039;t add any garlic, and I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d want to mess with this deliciousness!  :o)]]></description>
