		<description><![CDATA[My husband loves banana bread, and I happened to have real live buttermilk in the fridge (a rare thing), so I made this for him.  We both love it!  The most amazing thing is, it doesn&#039;t have any dry edges like most banana breads.  Usually, they have to bake so long to cook the middle that the edges get overly done and dried out.  Not this one.  It baked beautifully and is very tasty.]]></description>
