I made them using mini-cupcake liners because I don’t have a mini-muffin tin and the liners worked fine. I’m taking them to our neighborhood BBQ today. They are delicious and my husband asked me why I don’t make these more often. I’m like, “I just found the recipe!” Anyway, these are the easiest and most delish biscuits I’ve ever made, and I can tell you that we’ll no longer be buying the frozen ones for convenience because there’s no longer any need. YUM!
