This is so good! Like some other reviewers said, 50 minutes was enough time for it to be perfect.

I made this Sunday night and my husband and I loved it. If I left it home during the week he would have eaten the whole thing by himself. I took it to work and it was gone in 2 minutes. Everyone is now asking me for the recipe. Thanks for sharing

This is awesome banana bread, super moist and flavorful. I wished there had been more browned butter flavor, though. Also, this is probably just an issue with my oven, but mine was in for an hour and five minutes, and was still uncooked in the middle. But other than that, amazing recipe.

I’d hate to break the streak of perfect reviews and am happy to report that I won’t have to! Followed the recipe exactly as outlined – only deviation was baking 8 mini-loaves vs. the typical 9×5 loaf. Baked it at 325 for roughly 35 minutes and it was absolutely perfect. The browned butter really does something magical to this bread – great recipe!
